Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring top engineering and technical talent from level I up to Director level
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting in the aerospace sector – familiarity with the unique demands, roles, and talent pools within the industry
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic setting
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ability to do out-of-the-box sourcing and networking to attract top level talent
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring teams and drive results
  • U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State (ITAR Compliance)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering and other technical functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using a variety of tools, platforms, and networks
  • Manage and optimize candidate experience from first outreach to offer acceptance
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, especially in the aerospace and tech community
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Be a sponge for information around our products and teams
