Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with over 7 years of product management experience. They should have experience owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team focused on technical product areas, and the ability to independently analyze and propose fixes for technical issues. Additionally, candidates must have experience directly managing a team of at least 3 individuals and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Senior Technical Product Manager, Integrations will be responsible for managing the product strategy and roadmap for Human Interest's payroll provider integrations. This includes leading a dedicated engineering team and directly managing a product operations team focused on integration health. Responsibilities involve creating a product strategy that balances healthy integrations, new integration development, and automation for operations teams, while navigating tradeoffs with stakeholders in Partnerships, Customer Success, and Engineering. The role also includes writing clear requirements documents, unblocking engineering teams, defining and owning success metrics, analyzing errors, and continuously refining strategy and roadmap.
