Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the Healthcare vertical, defining how Firstup delivers unique value across healthcare systems
  • Serve as the voice of the healthcare worker, developing a deep understanding of deskless, shift-based workforces and the operational realities of hospitals, clinics, and care teams
  • Champion the mobile experience—ensuring the Firstup platform empowers frontline and clinical employees to stay connected, informed, and engaged wherever they are
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement for healthcare audiences
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap priorities and advocate for features that support healthcare-specific workflows and compliance requirements
  • Gather and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product direction
  • Define and track success metrics for the Healthcare vertical—driving adoption, retention, and expansion within key accounts
  • Enable internal teams with deep industry knowledge, customer stories, and product expertise to strengthen our market presence and sales effectiveness
