Requirements

Candidates must have at least 8 years of product marketing or product management experience, ideally in the data or analytics space. Deep experience in databases, data management & governance, and Insight-to-Action analytics use cases is required. Demonstrated ability to work with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Sales teams, building strong relationships that drive results, is essential. A track record of successfully launching and converting demand on enterprise software products, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executives, customers, and analysts, is necessary. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive market entry strategy and category creation for proprietary database and analytics solutions. They will shape the future direction of the database and analytics portfolio, lead go-to-market strategy development, and build strategic ISV partnerships. Responsibilities include defining market positioning, driving thought leadership in integration, data management, database, and AI, and owning the narrative for the database and analytics portfolio. The role involves driving initiatives around new solution offerings, defining and executing strategies to establish market leadership, and partnering with product leadership on roadmap, pricing, and sales narrative refinement. Additionally, the manager will build comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive awareness and demand, execute launch strategies, build and nurture relationships with industry analysts, partners, and thought leaders, and develop and execute strategies to drive seller up-skilling, prospect qualification, and opportunity acceleration.
