Requirements

Act as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with clients
Articulate HiredScore's technology seamlessly and align it with clients' current HR Tech Stack
Present HiredScore technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and address queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency
Serve as the expert source for all HiredScore integrations through project implementation for new and existing clients
Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
Client-facing skills, including presenting and explaining technology, integration, IT, Security architecture
Answer formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
Create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
Configure and test HiredScore integration on client systems while addressing their unique environment and requirements
Highly skilled and motivated professional for the professional services team
