Requirements

  • Act as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with clients
  • Articulate HiredScore's technology seamlessly and align it with clients' current HR Tech Stack
  • Present HiredScore technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and address queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency
  • Serve as the expert source for all HiredScore integrations through project implementation for new and existing clients
  • Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
  • Client-facing skills, including presenting and explaining technology, integration, IT, Security architecture
  • Answer formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
  • Create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
  • Configure and test HiredScore integration on client systems while addressing their unique environment and requirements
  • Highly skilled and motivated professional for the professional services team
  • Passionate about the role
