Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, management consulting, or organizational design is required. Proven experience in offshoring, contingent workforce management within workforce strategy, and hands-on experience with EOR models, global labor laws, and transitioning from EOR to entity setups are strongly preferred. Experience building and implementing workforce optimization frameworks across multiple functions and geographies is also necessary.
The Workforce Design Lead will drive the company's workforce optimization strategy, focusing on elite talent, offshore resources, and AI enablement. This role involves owning the offshoring strategy, shaping and executing workforce design frameworks, and partnering with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to align work with the right structure. Responsibilities include managing the transformation of the contingent workforce, leading internationalization initiatives such as EOR-to-entity transitions, and providing executive-level insights on workforce decisions related to cost savings and efficiency. The lead will also build and scale the offshoring strategy, establish governance and reporting for offshoring impact, support the design and execution of the 3-Lever Workforce Model, build decision-making models for workforce levers, lead workforce-related components of strategic transactions, identify work suitable for AI adoption, build frameworks for AI vs. Offshore vs. Elite Talent usage, monitor AI adoption and ROI, and act as a trusted advisor to executives on workforce design decisions.
