Responsibilities

  • Planning and operating the overall recruitment process for key technical positions (ML, Software Engineering, Product, etc.)
  • Managing the full recruitment process, including direct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Improving recruitment processes and efficiency based on data
  • Planning and executing strategies to enhance candidate experience
  • Planning and executing campaigns for Twelve Labs' recruitment branding
  • Close collaboration with various stakeholders (team leads, HR, external agencies, etc.) during the recruitment process
