7+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record of directly sourcing and hiring top technical talent
Business-level English communication skills
Experience designing and operating recruitment processes, with confidence and passion for large-scale hiring
High understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience delivering results flexibly in fast-growing environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
Experience partnering with executives
Preferred Qualifications
Tech recruiting lead or management experience
Experience in recruitment data analysis, reporting, and deriving insights
Experience supporting or collaborating on HR-related systems with the People team

Responsibilities

Planning and operating the overall recruitment process for key technical positions (ML, Software Engineering, Product, etc.)
Managing the full recruitment process, including direct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Improving recruitment processes and efficiency based on data
Planning and executing strategies to enhance candidate experience
Planning and executing campaigns for Twelve Labs' recruitment branding
Close collaboration with various stakeholders (team leads, HR, external agencies, etc.) during the recruitment process
