  • 6+ years of experience staffing, with at least 2 years in high-volume recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Strong process management and improvement skills
  • Track record of leveraging technology to improve efficiency
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Expertise with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search)
  • Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences
  • Ability to source candidates, maintain a strong pipeline, and build a diverse talent community

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the recruiting and hiring process for Parallel providers
  • Facilitate the interview process, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, send case studies, and collect feedback
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Build and maintain a network of clinical talent
  • Manage a team of clinical recruiters & sourcers
  • Ensure the recruiting team provides best-in-class experiences to all candidates
  • Leverage job platforms and recruiting resources to proactively source candidates
  • Oversee capacity operations, matching providers to assignments and maintaining accurate data
  • Champion cross-functional partnerships with revenue and clinical teams
  • Lead recruiting team performance tracking and analyze recruiting funnel data
  • Partner with the marketing team to improve inbound sourcing, leads, brand awareness, and funnel conversion rates
