Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced environments
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of roles from sourcing to close

  • Capability to create hiring playbooks and make talent a core competitive advantage
  • Experience shaping role specs, aligning on success profiles, and hitting hiring targets
  • Ability to coach interviewers, refine scorecards, and define "great" talent
  • Strong outreach and messaging skills, like a salesperson, with authentic engagement
  • Interest in contributing to employer branding, thought leadership, and market positioning
  • Ability to build and nurture a personal network of top 1% talent (e.g., invite-only events, investor networking)

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of roles for one primary hiring manager (e.g., Chief Commercial Officer, VP Customer, Head of Product, or Head of Engineering)
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to shape role specs, align on success profiles, and hit hiring targets
  • Drive sourcing, outreach, process design, and candidate closing
  • Spend significant time mapping, outreaching, contacting candidates, and doing first-stage screening
  • Create playbooks to hire for the hiring manager's roles
  • Elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and obsessing over top-tier talent
  • Craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns to engage top talent
  • Contribute to employer branding, share thought leadership, and position Omnea as a top employer
  • Build and nurture a personal network of top 1% talent through events, investor networking, etc
  • Report dotted-line to CFO and primary hiring manager initially, then directly to Talent Leader
  • Help build Europe's best talent organization from first principles, focusing on top 1% hires
