Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting along the entire process, from requirements analysis through active sourcing to contract negotiation

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End recruiting for business-critical logistics roles, including leading strategy meetings, talent mapping & sourcing, interviews, and contract negotiations
  • Act as point of contact and coach for hiring managers to find the best talents and create excellent candidate experience
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships with hiring managers and other areas within the organization, always being solution-oriented and proactive
  • Analyze recruitment data for continuous process improvement and development of effective strategies
  • Actively participate in team projects and take responsibility for cross-team topics
  • Represent Zalando as first point of contact in Lahr, both internally and externally, contributing to company growth
