Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of recruiting experience, with prior leadership or Clarios experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of TA best practices, legal/regulatory requirements (including US law, OFCCP), and recruitment metrics
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, ATS (Workday Recruit), and recruitment marketing
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, more within the first 6-12 months
  • Hybrid role requiring three days a week at HQ in Glendale, WI

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and process expertise to a team of talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers
  • Drive proactive workforce planning and talent pipelining in partnership with business leaders and HR partners across 17 US locations
  • Spearhead and own pivotal TA projects, including technology enhancements, vendor evaluations, and process improvements
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage prospects, focusing on strategic and hard-to-fill roles
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations, including US law, OFCCP requirements, and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and key employees to understand and respond to talent needs, with a focus on plant operations throughout the US Region (heavier travel at outset)
  • Coach, evaluate, and develop the team to maximize effectiveness and support career growth
  • Assign workload and ensure a high level of expertise and customer service
  • Track KPIs, data integrity, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction, leveraging Workday Recruit and other tools
  • Manage third-party agency relationships strategically to maintain team morale and workload
