Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Payroll hands-on experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge as a Workday champion, collaborating with the team and customers
  • Support Lead Consultant(s) in gathering business requirements, crafting prototypes, testing solutions, and implementing them
  • Dive into Workday Payroll implementation activities, covering discovery, architecture, configuration, documentation, testing, and project reviews
  • Customize the system to meet customers' expectations and needs
  • Maintain project timelines, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, and update Lead and Engagement Manager
  • Stay updated on Workday developments and project changes
  • Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity on timelines, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, and fostering teamwork
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Facilitate and present information effectively
