Requirements

Equivalent to 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM Management, Expense Management and Adaptive
7+ years of work experience in information systems and/or functional HR roles providing user support across varied industries
5+ years of experience managing teams within a technical environment
Familiarity with Workday reporting and security concepts
Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Workday Help, Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Operate with high integrity and professionalism handling confidential data
Broad knowledge of accounting principles, HCM business processes, and HCM data, reporting, and analytics
Track record of successfully managing and optimizing Workday systems in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Manage the Workday HCM system and related business processes along with the Adaptive module
Act as a technology expert and communicate technical concepts in business terms
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and other departments to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements
Provide production support to functional subject matter experts (SMEs)
Document configuration changes and status of work through Workday Help
Partner with other members of the Workday Support team to assess cross-functional impacts and maintain the foundational data model in Workday
Coordinate the support of HCM related integrations with the technology support team
Manage the uptake, testing, and implementation of new features associated with Workday's semi-annual feature releases
Support implementation of new functionality to support the functional owners
Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and adoptions to drive value to the business
