Responsibilities

  • Administering NDAs and teaming agreements
  • Provide integrated administration of nonfederal contracts and subcontracts, including proposal preparation and pricing, negotiation, contract and subcontract management, and contract closeout
  • Collaborate with clients and ERG’s technical, proposal, contracts, and accounting teams to deliver comprehensive contract support
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare, analyze, and negotiate detailed cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses
  • Draft, negotiate, and administer NDAs, Teaming Agreements, subcontracts, purchase orders, and modifications for the acquisition of professional services
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contract and subcontract administration from bids and proposals to administration and closeout
