Requirements

  • Previous experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Management Consulting, Revenue/Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, or a related function
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset for data interpretation
  • Strong communication skills to deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations and engage in productive discussions with leaders
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and leading cross-functional projects, with a strong determination to collaborate with others
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with confidence and calm
  • Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, customer journey mapping, and sales process (advantageous)
  • Salesforce, Looker, and SQL experience (advantageous)

  • Serve as key business partner to NORAM Commercial Leadership team, offering data-driven insights on business trends and commercial KPIs
  • Lead and deliver company-wide GTM initiatives
  • Operationalise NORAM Commercial strategy through structure, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
