Requirements

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of Geotab solutions and the ability to adapt and showcase them for partners and end-users. Proven ability to maintain and grow technical knowledge to the level of a subject matter expert, in-depth experience in the Geotab ecosystem, strong communication and presentation skills, and a customer-focused mindset are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will identify and understand complex customer needs and requirements, develop and customize solutions using Geotab’s open platform, and support partners in overcoming business challenges. Responsibilities include collaborating with Geotab’s sales channels, customer care, product management, and other solutions engineering teams. The role involves developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, engaging with strategic partners and key end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab's technology, and collaborating with revenue generating teams as a key technical resource. This position will also drive revenue growth by translating technical capabilities into business value, conducting discovery and requirements analysis, designing and delivering technical demonstrations and pilots, and ensuring partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service.
