Requirements

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree with 5-8 years of experience in Adtech. A senior-level, proven track record of working independently with local teams and minimal guidance is essential. Strong communication skills are required for client interaction, with the ability to explain technical solutions to diverse audiences. Solid skills in web/mobile technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ActionScript 3, Objective C, and XML are necessary, along with working knowledge of database structures and SQL. Experience in programmatic ad serving (DSP/SSP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will ensure the technical execution of demanding client initiatives by independently designing, implementing, and documenting business and technical solutions for advanced client projects. This role involves addressing major escalations, assisting in complex implementations, and clarifying resolution paths for new use cases. The engineer will act as the primary liaison between client account teams, product, and revenue teams, providing guidance on product usage and feedback. They will also advise on marketing materials and product features, participate in pre-sales efforts by providing technical insights and conducting product demos, and deliver training to internal teams and clients. Additionally, the role includes providing timely technical support and problem resolution for escalated field service questions and offering client account coverage when requested. The engineer will also train and onboard new team members.
