The role also necessitates the ability to partner closely with sales teams to engage enterprise and emerging enterprise customers.
Senior Solutions Engineers are responsible for partnering with sales to onboard new customers and expand existing accounts. This involves guiding product, data, and marketing leaders through technical and strategic discovery, showcasing Amplitude's platform to solve business challenges, and leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements. They will advise prospects on data strategy and growth stack architecture, provide guidance on integration methods, and share feedback with the product management team to influence the product roadmap. Additionally, they will act as in-house experts on Amplitude's product, train new team members, and ensure smooth deal handoffs to post-sales teams.
