  • Define "best practice" approaches for achieving a desired technical capability through Monte Carlo.
  • Deliver training and enablement on advanced technical concepts to technical customers.
  • Create collateral, documentation, and other technical materials as needed.
  • Advocate on behalf of customers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
  • Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities to drive product consumption growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably within the data technology space.
  • Proven ability to find creative solutions to unlock the value of our product.
  • Ability to learn our customers’ data infrastructure to be prescriptive on how they should implement Monte Carlo.
  • Firm understanding of some of the following: cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, SQL, and working with APIs. Networking experience is a plus.
  • Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solutions to multiple audiences.
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Been part of a high-performing team. We hold ourselves to a high bar and set ambitious goals.
  • Experience identifying and improving internal and customer-facing processes.
  • Previously worked in a startup environment. A high degree of ownership and appetite for ambiguity is critical, as well as a relentless desire to solve customer problems and chase down answers.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
