Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of Solutions Engineering or similar role
Passion for enhancing customer experience
Hands-on experience with NIC hardware/software stacks; configuring, testing, and troubleshooting in networking environments and server architecture
Proficiency in networking fundamentals: NICs, switching, networking protocols in modern data center
Comprehensive knowledge of computer system architecture, Linux, PCIe devices, management protocols as it relates to networking
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor
Occasional travel (25%) required for local on-site visits to customers and industry events

Responsibilities

Introduce, qualify and integrate NVIDIA NIC and DPU products with Hyperscalers
Address sophisticated and obvious customer issues
Build customer trust and understand their unique networking requirements
Run technical meetings: project reviews, feature discussions, debugging sessions and workshops
Optimize host networking and performance; analyze bottlenecks (CPU, PCIe, memory, NUMA)
Develop PoC solutions for critical business needs
Partner with Sales/Product teams to identify and secure business opportunities, analyze network requirements, and design data center platforms
