Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or similar role
  • Passion for enhancing customer experience
  • Hands-on experience with NIC hardware/software stacks; configuring, testing, and troubleshooting in networking environments and server architecture
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals: NICs, switching, networking protocols in modern data center
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer system architecture, Linux, PCIe devices, management protocols as it relates to networking
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor
  • Occasional travel (25%) required for local on-site visits to customers and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Introduce, qualify and integrate NVIDIA NIC and DPU products with Hyperscalers
  • Address sophisticated and obvious customer issues
  • Build customer trust and understand their unique networking requirements
  • Run technical meetings: project reviews, feature discussions, debugging sessions and workshops
  • Optimize host networking and performance; analyze bottlenecks (CPU, PCIe, memory, NUMA)
  • Develop PoC solutions for critical business needs
  • Partner with Sales/Product teams to identify and secure business opportunities, analyze network requirements, and design data center platforms
