Strong candidates have 7+ years in datacenter network deployment and structured cabling, excel in hands-on field work like inspections, cable routing, fiber testing, and troubleshooting, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and communicate effectively across teams while being willing to work onsite in Abilene, Texas.
