Requirements

Candidates should have professional experience in pre- and post-sales roles such as Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or Senior Customer Success Engineer. Exceptional customer-facing skills are required, along with proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale. Candidates must be comfortable scripting in languages like Python, Javascript, or Typescript, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate high initiative. Previous experience in AI development is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Architect will own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions for clients, including designing business processes, customizing the platform, integrating TRM APIs, and conducting testing and training. They will act as the go-to technical consultant during discovery calls, document technical requirements, and guide solution design. Responsibilities include presenting TRM's APIs and architecture to clients, developing high-quality client integration resources, and cultivating strong relationships with technical stakeholders. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, staying current with product features, and advocating for product enhancements.
