Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company, with at least 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, or managing software, preferably related to identity and access management. Experience running an IGA program is desirable, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization, and web services.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Engineer will actively participate in the sales process, working closely with sales teams to discover and understand customer requirements, align SailPoint solutions with those needs, and present product demonstrations to prospective customers. They will assist in developing RFP responses, participate in Proof of Value (POV) evaluations, provide feedback to Product Management, and communicate at the business level with clients outside of IT, articulating the business value of SailPoint as a strategic sale.
