Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specifically within the realm of Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong knowledge of IAM principles, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related security protocols is essential, as is experience with IAM platforms such as AuthO, KeyCloak, OKTA, or AzureAD. Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and fine-grained permissions is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for implementing authentication and authorization features using IAM platforms, integrating applications with identity protocols, developing secure user management workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce access control, writing clean and testable code with a focus on security and scalability, building products for internal and external users, designing and developing software capable of reaching millions of users, and ensuring a best-in-class development environment through tooling improvements and partnership with the product team.
