Preferred qualifications include CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications, and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
The Director, Identity Governance & Administration will define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities, serving as the primary product owner and liaison for IGA solutions. This role involves leading an IGA team, overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies, and integrating automation and AI to enhance efficiency and risk management. Responsibilities include establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide access control policies, standards, and governance frameworks, monitoring and improving program effectiveness through measurements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA while managing identity-related risks.
