Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in a software development role, advanced experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro, and familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations. Experience with implementing headless CMS or headless ecommerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Architect will lead onboarding workshops tailored to customer needs, proactively develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders, demonstrate new features to customers, support the new account sales cycle through workshops and proof of concept development, create and share guides and learning modules, represent client requests to the internal product team, work with Support Engineering to address customer challenges, and support marketing and product research teams by connecting with customers and planning events and webinars.
