Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical sales role
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of ecommerce operations, inventory management, and omnichannel commerce challenges
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, data flows, and system connections
  • Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical product demonstrations for qualified prospects
  • Answer detailed technical questions during the sales process
  • Work with prospects to understand their tech stack and workflows
  • Collaborate with the product team to communicate prospect needs
  • Create technical sales collateral (integration guides, comparison docs, etc.)
  • Support the sales team with technical scoping for custom deals
  • Occasionally join customer calls post-sale
  • Shadow demos and sales calls to learn the product and process
  • Provide valuable product feedback to influence the roadmap
