Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in engineering, designing, and building software platforms, with a focus on AI Ops and Operations Platform Engineering. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform is required. Experience with AI Ops principles, observability, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, orchestration platforms, and automation technologies like Agentic AI, Python, PowerShell, and Linux shell is necessary. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and a background in software maintenance, including defect correction, is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will drive the development of existing and new software, ensuring it is fast, secure, and reliable. They will own the software platform lifecycle, from development to maintenance, and engineer scalable, resilient, and intelligent platforms using IaC principles. Key responsibilities include integrating IaC with AI Ops for predictive analytics and self-healing infrastructure, designing and developing intelligent operational capabilities to replace manual automation, and utilizing advanced observability to proactively identify and resolve issues. The role involves replacing legacy monitoring with AI-driven platforms, correcting complex software defects, producing prototypes for digital products, promoting AI Ops adoption, recommending optimizations, driving the software maintenance roadmap, diagnosing and correcting faults to reduce MTTR, and assigning short-term work schedules to teams.
