[Remote] Senior IT Systems & Ops Engineer at WhatNot

The Senior IT Systems & Operations Engineer will engage stakeholders to understand needs and priorities for securely implementing and maintaining corporate applications, promoting IT best practices. They will implement and maintain tools for IT operational efficiencies and automation, focusing on innovative technologies like AI chatbots. The role involves ensuring technological compliance with evolving security standards and policies, while future-proofing automations, computer systems, MDM, office network infrastructure, and remote collaboration tools. Responsibilities include streamlining and optimizing access management configurations and workflows with Workday data, Okta configuration, and downstream applications. They will develop requirements, build, and test workflows and automations in iPaaS tooling to automate manual processes. The engineer will create, maintain, and promote standards, procedures, and documentation for IT, championing quality internal customer service through service desk tickets and access administration. Periodic travel to offices for onsite AV, networking, and conferencing support is required. They will partner with leadership to build and report on team OKRs and roadmaps, and build and maintain vendor relationships and third-party services.
