Senior AI Engineer

The Senior AI Engineer will build and deploy models that power real-time personalization, such as dynamic marketing segmentation and smart outreach throttling. They will fine-tune foundational models (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI) to deliver use cases like chatbots, eligibility screening, and appointment scheduling. Additionally, they will develop predictive systems (e.g., no-show risk models) to enhance operational efficiency and engagement, collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI into backend APIs and member-facing applications, and monitor and iterate on model performance, data integrity, and user impact in production environments.
