Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Prior work experience is preferred, although not required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Cloud Engineer will advance backend microservices, pinpointing and addressing critical concerns to implement effective solutions. They will employ CrowdStrike tools and services to build cloud solutions for detecting and countering cyber assaults, innovate with Large Language Models to develop and refine Charlotte AI’s capabilities, construct and maintain data pipelines, engage in data upkeep, and contribute to the training and implementation of custom LLMs. This role also involves collaboration across teams, commitment to ongoing learning, attention to customer challenges, adherence to coding quality standards, and working within a collaborative and agile team environment, as well as owning work end-to-end and contributing to mentoring fellow engineers.
