Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or university degree in chemistry, physics, or a related field. Preferred experience includes industrial B2B field sales, channel management, or working in chemical/pharmaceutical process monitoring/gas analysis and/or environmental monitoring. Proficiency in German and business English is required, with additional EU languages being an asset. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Representative will represent the company professionally to customers and internal teams. They will lead bookings results, manage their territory through direct sales and channel partners, and own the sales process from pre- to after-sales support. Responsibilities also include maintaining CRM compliance, participating in sales forecast calls, building customer relationships, attending trade fairs, coordinating workshops and seminars, and reporting market trends and customer requirements.
