Candidates must reside in Georgia for consideration and possess 3+ years of experience in account management within health insurance or employee benefits. A strong track record of successful account management and retention is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree. A current Georgia State Health and Life insurance license in good standing is preferred, and bilingual skills in Spanish are also preferred.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for existing groups, maintaining positive relationships and driving group satisfaction and retention. You will attend client meetings across Florida to build relationships, conduct education meetings, and provide enrollment support, while also identifying potential obstacles and collaborating with internal teams for resolution. You will lead renewal discussions, negotiate terms and pricing to drive retention, proactively identify obstacles, oversee issue resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the group experience.
