Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a data-intensive analyst role at a technology company, with a focus on sales and/or marketing analytics. Proficiency in analytical and statistical methods, including cohort analysis, full funnel conversion analysis, win-loss analysis, and revenue forecasting predictive modeling is required. Expertise in dashboarding tools like Tableau, along with experience using Python/R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization is essential. Fluency in complex SQL queries on big data sets, the ability to create performant data models, and experience with Salesforce are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving abilities are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Analyst will partner with business stakeholders in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to address key business challenges. They will create dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs such as revenue, sales pipeline health, CAC, and LTV. The role involves performing in-depth statistical analyses to understand and predict funnel conversion, win-loss rates, revenue volume and trends, sales team performance, customer growth opportunities, and churn. Additionally, they will design and execute data-driven experiments to optimize pricing, sales campaigns, and customer retention, and build/maintain data sources and models to support scalable analytics, focusing on sales and customer data, to identify actionable insights that drive revenue growth and sales efficiency.
