About the Role

This role is crucial for driving Addi's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring world-class talent. You will act as a trusted partner to our leaders, ensuring every hire elevates our talent bar, strengthens our culture, and contributes to our long-term success.


What You Will Do

  • End-to-End Recruiting Ownership: Take full ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, consistently delivering exceptional talent and successfully closing complex, senior-level requisitions.
  • Time-to-Fill Efficiency: Achieve and maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for all assigned requisitions, demonstrating mastery of the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing.
  • Quality of Hire: Ensure hired candidates are rated as high quality in their first 6-month review, indicating a deep understanding of role requirements and a rigorous assessment process.
  • Talent Advisor: Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to primary hiring managers, providing expert market insights, co-creating effective interview plans, and influencing decisions to ensure the best possible hires.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Recruiting Experience: 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2-3 years specifically focused on senior-level roles in high-growth technology companies (fintech, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environments are a strong plus).
  • Technical & Corporate Hiring: Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Builder's Mindset: Proactively identify process gaps and contribute to creating solutions for effective scaling.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly required.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrates a deep commitment to running a flawless recruiting process.
