Proven success hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions is required. Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies is necessary. A builder's mindset, fluency in both English and Spanish, and impeccable operational excellence are also essential.
The Senior Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting for critical business positions, consistently delivering exceptional talent and successfully closing senior-level requisitions. They will aim to achieve an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less, ensuring high-quality hires who are rated highly in their first 6-month review. The role involves acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, co-creating interview plans, and influencing hiring decisions to ensure the best possible candidates are selected.
