Requirements

Candidates must have 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years focusing on senior-level roles in a high-growth technology company, preferably in fintech or SaaS. Proven success hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions is required. Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies is necessary. A builder's mindset, fluency in both English and Spanish, and impeccable operational excellence are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting for critical business positions, consistently delivering exceptional talent and successfully closing senior-level requisitions. They will aim to achieve an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less, ensuring high-quality hires who are rated highly in their first 6-month review. The role involves acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, co-creating interview plans, and influencing hiring decisions to ensure the best possible candidates are selected.
