Requirements

Deep understanding of the Tachyon platform and associated functional and technical concepts, including product/policy configurations, integration/extension mechanisms, data transmission, and data migration
Hands-on experience with platform capabilities, including APIs
Ability to work with clients to understand program scope, timelines, and bottlenecks
Experience in program execution, governance, risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder updates
Participation in daily/weekly cadences and governance calls with senior client counterparts
Knowledge of test planning, strategies, risk analysis, and industry best practices for banking applications
Skills in designing test cases for functional, non-functional, and regression testing (e.g., credit card issuing systems, Postman API suite, mobile banking apps, payment gateways)
Proficiency in test execution (manual/automated), integration/system/end-to-end testing, defect identification, and performance issues
Experience with defect management, issue-tracking systems, collaboration with development teams, and regression verification
Ability to maintain test documentation (plans, cases, reports, defect logs)
Completion of training curriculum on the Tachyon platform

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform through hands-on exploration of capabilities like APIs
Work with clients to understand program scope, timelines, bottlenecks, and develop high-level strategy/plan for platform implementation and volume conversion
Contribute to program execution and governance: follow rituals, identify/raise risks early, develop mitigation plans, provide async updates to stakeholders, participate in cadences and governance calls
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on requirements, risk analysis, and best practices
Create detailed test cases for functional, non-functional, and regression testing in banking applications (credit card issuing, Postman APIs, mobile apps, payment gateways)
Execute test cases manually/automated to identify defects, inconsistencies, performance issues; conduct integration, system, and end-to-end testing
Report/track defects using issue-tracking systems, collaborate with devs to resolve, verify fixes in regression cycles
Maintain test documentation including plans, cases, reports, and defect logs
Complete training courses on the Tachyon platform to build understanding
