Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience, with over 8 years of overall experience and at least 5 years in a team leadership role. Required skills include multitasking, the ability to drive people and tasks, excellent communication and technical presentation skills, strong debugging and analytical abilities, and being a fast, self-learner with outstanding technical skills and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with virtualization technologies like KVM, HyperV, VMWARE, OpenStack, and Kubernetes, knowledge of networking protocols such as InfiniBand and Ethernet, previous programming experience, and prior experience with networking deployment based on 1588V2 are considered advantageous.
The Manager, Software Verification will lead a system testing and integration team within the Cloud Solution group, focusing on the testing, integration, and delivery of sophisticated products in the generative AI market. Responsibilities include leading technology qualification processes, designing and testing large-scale NVIDIA setups that mimic customer data center workloads, reviewing architecture designs and requirements for new features in Ethernet/InfiniBand switches and network adaptors, and designing test automation for new features. The role also involves mentoring team members, generating comprehensive test reports, assisting with reproduction and debugging of complex customer use cases to determine root causes, acting as an engineering point of contact for customer use case fixes, reporting bugs, verifying bug fixes, and performing end-to-end test scenarios including Regression, Performance, Functional, and Scale testing, while reporting progress and providing summary reports of testing activity.
