The Senior Quality & Training Specialist will lead quality monitoring through chart reviews, call audits, and documentation analysis to identify performance risks and improvement opportunities. They will analyze quality data to identify trends, measure intervention effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions. This role involves developing, implementing, and refining quality assurance programs, supporting the Quality Steering Committee with performance reporting and recommendations, and collaborating on root cause analyses and corrective action plans. Additionally, they will manage quality scorecards and dashboards, monitor compliance with standards, contribute to grievance resolution, and serve as a subject matter expert for operational leadership. The Specialist will also deliver training sessions for onboarding and skill-building, update training content based on quality insights, maintain the SOP and training repository, and support the tracking and analysis of training effectiveness and competency.
