Position Overview

Recognized as an authority in Project Management capability, independently handling unique situations, assisting others, and providing guidance to executives. Mentors and helps to develop less-experienced employees in the Project Management profession.

Experience Guidelines

  • Project Management Experience: Minimum 8-10 years
  • Technical/Industry/Business Experience: Minimum 4 years (excluding any overlap with PM experience)
  • Consulting Experience: 10+ years for cross-role transfers
  • Certifications:
    • Project Management certification is a must (PMI or PRINCE2 preferred).
    • Completed Project Management mandatory education.
  • Methodology: Achieved an Experienced level in Complex Project Implementation Methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of new products and services, large-scale terminal automation projects, application and terminal upgrades, operational efficiency improvements, terminal process design, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
  • Manages small to large scale projects successfully (scope, budget, schedule, escalation) and delivers results that meet or beat expectations.
  • Represents Kaleris-Navis in a professional way in front of customers and other Kaleris-Navis departments.
  • Ability to negotiate and sell additional services during the project, if applicable.
  • Develops effective project plans, executes and proactively replans as required.
  • Creates and enthusiastically delivers project-oriented presentations to customer and Navis executives.
  • Leads customers to effective solutions.

Effectiveness and Impact

  • Manages their project within the relevant tools; reports on their projects on time and complete.

Communication and Leadership

  • Develops effective project plans, executes and proactively replans as required.
  • Creates and enthusiastically delivers project-oriented presentations to customer and Navis executives.
  • Leads customers to effective solutions.
