Previous experience building or integrating an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and complementary systems is essential. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions are required. Candidates should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset and technical fluency, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations, are also necessary. Project management skills and experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives are expected.
The Principal Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for MES, production planning, and scheduling systems. They will champion operational users by developing empathy for their workflows and ensuring solutions meet their needs.
