The Senior Program Manager must have experience in program management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong understanding of Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) programs. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages like Advanced Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or SAS is required. Familiarity with construction-related trades and services, as well as citywide procurement goals and economic development strategies, is beneficial.
The Senior Program Manager will manage the ConstructNYC capacity building program and support the M/W/DBE program by ensuring M/W/DBE participation in NYCEDC projects and citywide procurement goals. Responsibilities include conducting industry market research, managing strategic relationships with external partners and M/WBEs, analyzing participant data to track M/WBE firm trajectories and generate reports with policy recommendations, and supporting recruitment strategies for ConstructNYC. They will also develop assessment frameworks, secure funding for ConstructNYC, manage the Contract Financing Loan Fund, develop M/WBE goal setting and compliance processes for alternate delivery methods, expand stakeholder engagement strategies, execute events for knowledge transfer, ensure accurate data reporting, and lead process improvements to enhance M/WBE program procedures.
