Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience leading and developing program teams in a software development setting, with a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles. Experience with complex software projects, preferably in a startup environment, is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a drive for results, a willingness to learn and push teams to deliver on time and under budget, and the ability to adapt complex challenges into tangible solutions are essential. Responsibilities

Additionally, the role involves monitoring project budgets and expenses, optimizing resource allocation, identifying cost-saving opportunities, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and preparing reports for project reviews.
