They must be able to build, maintain, and expand foundational client marketing assets, partner with analytics to develop scalable reporting processes and templates, and partner with Client Success, Sales, and Solutions Consulting to provide strategic support and tailored assets for high-value client meetings. Proficiency in storytelling and asset creation is essential, along with strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills. Experience in developing upsell product narratives, client reporting narratives, and case studies is required.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy and execution for flagship products. This role involves shaping client value and upsell narratives, equipping Sales and Client Success teams with compelling assets, expanding market opportunity, and translating reporting metrics and product capabilities into data-driven stories. Responsibilities include informing client retention and upsell strategy, bringing differentiators and value propositions to life, increasing retention and upsell rates by tailoring positioning and sales assets, and delivering results in complex, cross-functional projects. The role also includes monitoring the market, conducting comprehensive market research, gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, developing clear competitive positioning and messaging, and maintaining a deep perspective on the client landscape to gather insights and shape client growth and retention strategy. Additionally, the Senior PMM will partner with Growth Marketing & Corporate Communications to develop case studies, maintain internal Confluence pages, and drive projects that increase team efficiency.
