Demonstrated success in owning sales enablement, including value proposition development, asset creation, and training for enterprise sales teams, is required. The candidate must also have a proven track record of content creation, with the ability to provide examples of past work, and possess the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally between go-to-market and product teams.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning for the Lumos Identity Management portfolio. This role involves engaging with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies and tactics. Key responsibilities include creating various forms of content such as collateral, thought leadership assets, solution presentations, website content, videos, and blogs to accelerate the buyer's journey. Additionally, the position requires working closely with sales and alliances teams to ensure strong sales enablement through value propositions, asset creation, and training. The role also includes acting as an expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings to drive differentiation and influence planning, as well as developing and driving customer advocacy programs and synthesizing customer feedback to influence product strategy.
