Requirements

The Head of Product Marketing must possess GRC expertise, either through Big 4 consulting experience or as a practitioner, and have previous product marketing experience with a complex security SaaS tool. Deep knowledge of the compliance landscape is essential to identify customer pain points and understand differentiated solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned storyteller with a portfolio of content that simplifies complex technical concepts into user-centric narratives, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Head of Product Marketing will lead the end-to-end product launch process and serve as a key evangelist for new platform capabilities. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and buying behaviors to inform corporate strategy and support integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing the competitive intelligence program, developing impactful messaging and enablement assets, promoting the company's value proposition through various channels, leading the customer reference program, and partnering cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, CSs, SEs, and customers to gather market intelligence and inform product roadmap priorities. Additionally, the role requires creating compelling content to increase market awareness and drive adoption, as well as managing and expanding engagement with industry analysts.
