Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Launches & GTM Readiness: Own GTM strategy for Sell-Side and Platform products; ensure smooth launches across channels; collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS teams for full readiness including messaging, collateral, and sales training; develop launch plans with messaging, positioning, content, enablement materials, and training; coordinate timing with business objectives; create GTM & Product Councils for alignment and field feedback
  • Influence Product Roadmap: Partner with Product Management to incorporate market needs and customer insights; provide feedback from customers, prospects, and market to prioritize features; advocate for enhancements driving satisfaction, differentiation, and leadership; act as voice of the customer in product discussions
  • Develop Compelling Messaging & Positioning: Create and refine messaging/positioning articulating product value; ensure consistency and differentiation across channels and sales; develop buyer personas and use cases
