A strong technical background in data architecture, AI/ML systems, and enterprise software is essential, along with proven experience with modern data platforms like lakehouse and data mesh architectures. The candidate should have a demonstrated track record in AI/ML product development and agentic frameworks, coupled with an understanding of legacy system integration and modernization strategies. Healthcare technology experience, particularly in RCM, claims processing, or healthcare payments, is highly preferred, as is a proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and a strong background in B2B enterprise software and operations.
The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution for an AI-driven automation platform and modern data lakehouse architecture, driving the technical product vision for complex healthcare claims processing transformation. Key responsibilities include partnering with Engineering to define and deliver agentic AI framework architecture, translating complex RCM analyst workflows into automated AI-driven processes, and overseeing the development of AI agents for complex claims automation. The role involves establishing governance frameworks for AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance, and driving the adoption of AI automation into operational workflows. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy for the data aggregation platform, collaborate with Engineering on lakehouse architecture, prioritize data ingestion, and oversee integration between the lakehouse and legacy systems. Establishing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, and defining APIs and data access patterns are also critical. The position requires collaboration with RCM Operations leadership to identify automation opportunities, translating operational pain points into technical product requirements, and ensuring seamless integration between new AI systems and existing applications. Partnering with operational liaisons for change management and user adoption, establishing KPIs for operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams are also key duties.
