Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 2 years of project management experience, including knowledge of project management processes and documentation. A strong understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management products, Healthcare Claims processing, Epic (835/837), and relevant healthcare industry legislation and regulations is required. Occasional travel, approximately 25%, is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementations of Experian Claims products, overseeing project scope, schedule, resources, documentation, and reporting from initiation to transition. This includes scheduling client meetings, coordinating internal resources, facilitating technical discussions for integrations, identifying and escalating project risks, and tracking open issues to ensure successful go-live with clients. The role also involves managing multiple projects concurrently, including multi-facility and multi-product programs.
