The Lead Platform Product Manager will own the strategy and execution for Roo's core systems, tools, and services that power the labor marketplace. Responsibilities include developing and aligning the team around a clear platform strategy, owning and evolving the roadmap for internal platform systems, and identifying and eliminating technical bottlenecks. The role involves collaborating with engineering on build-vs-buy decisions, using metrics to measure impact, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable product innovation, and communicating technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders. Contributing to company-wide product strategy and embedding platform thinking into the company culture is also a key responsibility.
