Requirements

Candidates must have technical product ownership experience, preferably within data platform teams, and a strong understanding or hands-on background in data engineering concepts. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, transformation workflows, Kafka, event-driven architectures, data governance, data lineage, and platform reliability is required. The ability to manage large-scale initiatives with multiple dependencies and a customer-first mindset focused on usability and self-service features are essential. Experience in asset management, internal tooling, or enterprise data platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with graph data models, platform product management, or internal developer tooling, and comfort working across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Owner will drive adoption of the internal data platform by internal teams, launch new self-service features for onboarding and integration, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-value capabilities. They will manage the ongoing product roadmap and backlog, track dependencies across teams, and ensure successful delivery in a dynamic data environment. Responsibilities also include defining product intent, tracking features through their lifecycle, focusing on improvements that enhance the internal customer experience, and aligning product strategy with long-term goals for data governance and scalability.
